[Request] Cheat Engine Table for Mega Man X Dive Offline

I know there is a mod engine table but I don't think it really works, and I am also not a fan of mod engine. The only thing I would want is to be able to edit specific memories for weapons and characters. Sort of want to play offline like I did the online version where I had Dive Ico, the Miracle Blade and Ultimate Buster. I don't want to unlock everyone with 5 star. If someone can make this happen you are a hero.
