a small table for Zuma's Revenge. Most of the table (all the bonus-shots which can be activated) is not my work, but just a fixed version from Geri which I found on the web. The original Version made an AOB Scan for the code region, which is fine, but when deactivating it wrote some code at a static (and wrong) address, so the game crashed then.

So I fixed that and just added the numer of lives and the score.
